Panel Review

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Panel Review processes when you visit the website, why, and how to exercise your rights. Panel Review does not ask for an account, email address, or contact information.

Data Processed

  • Technical connection data: IP address, country derived from IP address, browser, pages visited.
  • Visit identifier stored in a cookie, which allows registration to be attributed to the correct visit.
  • If you consent: audience measurement and advertising campaign data (Google Analytics, Microsoft Advertising).

Why This Data

  • Display platforms available in your country.
  • Attribute a registration to the visit that generated it, in order to receive the corresponding commission (legitimate interest of the publisher).
  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, only with your consent.
  • Ensure website security and prevent fraud.

Sharing with Platforms

When you click through to a platform, a technical visit identifier is transmitted to it to attribute the registration. No identity data is communicated to it by Panel Review. Once on the platform, its own privacy policy applies to your data. Panel Review does not sell any data.

Data Retention Period

Visit and attribution data are retained for up to three years, for billing purposes with partner platforms. Measurement cookies have the duration indicated in the consent banner.

Your Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict processing. Write to contact@panel-review.com. You may also contact the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
